You can get ratings and reviews on Browncord by providing excellent services to your clients and asking them to rate and review you after the event. Your ratings and reviews will be visible to other users and will help you build your reputation and credibility.

You can get bookings on Browncord by promoting your Business page to potential clients. You can share your Business page link on social media, email, or SMS. You can also respond to requests and messages from clients who are interested in your services. You can also join our referral program and invite your friends and contacts to join Browncord.

You can join Browncord as an event service provider by clicking on the “Join us” button on our homepage and choosing the option “I am an event service provider”. You will need to provide some basic information such as your name, email address, phone number, and password.

You can rate and review event service providers after your event by logging into your account and clicking on the “Rate and review” button. You can give them a star rating from 1 to 5 and write a comment about your experience. Your rating and review will be visible to other users and will help them make informed decisions.

If you forgot your password or want to change it, you can reset it by clicking on the “Forgot password” link on the login page. You will need to enter your email address and click on the “Send reset link” button. You will receive an email with a link to create a new password.

Adhere to the terms and conditions set by the platform, provide high-quality services, and stay updated with any changes in policies or standards.
Ensure your profile is complete with all services offered, maintain high ratings, respond promptly to inquiries, and consider premium listing options if available.
You’ll need to submit official identification documents like your business license and KRA certificates. We may also ask for proof of previous work, such as a portfolio or client references.
If you encounter a problem or issue with the platform, such as a technical glitch, a payment error, or a security breach, please contact the Browncord’s support team immediately and provide details of the problem or issue.
If a client requests a refund or files a complaint, please follow the Browncord’s refund or complaint policy. You may need to provide evidence or justification for your service, and cooperate with Browncord’s support team.
The platform provides a messaging system where you can chat with clients, send and receive files, and confirm bookings.
The Professionals Dashboard includes a Statistics & Analytics section that shows key metrics in your Event Service Provider account, helping you measure the performance of your dedicated business page and advertising efforts.

No, once you accept and book one of the Event suppliers, we’ll let the others know for you.
Don’t reply to the email you receive from Browncord, as it’s an automatically generated email. Click the link in the email through to the Browncord control panel, from there you can view the full quote and reply back to the vendor to discuss further. If you’d like to book the vendor, you can do so in the control panel also.
Definitely not, you’re not obligated to choose an event vendor for any reason. You might end up hiring a vendor that has a higher price quote because they’re perfect for your event.
You should expect replies from most of the vendors you contact if not all. Sometimes a member might forget to reply in which case Browncord will send them a follow up reminder if you haven’t heard from them in 48 hours.
No, some vendors might already be booked at another event on your date. We recommend contacting a few vendors to increase your chance in finding the best vendor for your event.

  2. Navigate to the Event Service Providers page.
  3. Find the provider you’ve worked with.
  4. Click “Add Review” to rate and share your feedback.
If your account was blocked for inactivity, you can request reactivation by contacting us via WhatsApp, email, or the contact form. Once reviewed, we’ll unlock it and guide you on how to verify and continue.
